AGE BASED TEAMS/REGISTRATION

Harrison Youth Lacrosse teams compete primarily with other teams who are members of Hudson Valley Lacrosse (HVL), a regional chapter of US Lacrosse, the governing body for all youth lacrosse in the United States.  HVL has adopted the recommendation of US Lacrosse to organize teams according to age to ensure a level playing field among players.  Most youth lacrosse organizations in HVL are doing the same.  HYL believes that age based teams promote fair competition and has also adopted age based teams.  Registration for teams in HYL is now being done by age.  To determine your child's U-based team please see the following US Lacrosse website.
